WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR ORDERS FROM THE ONLINE SHOP?
Canada Post charges a minimum of $15.00 to ship our products – we will only charge cover a flat rate of $15.00 for anything above that. Shipping will be charged with orders unless you specify that you wish to pick it up.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ONLINE SHOP?
All forms of payment are accepted on our site – even Paypal and EFT.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery within Canada is usually within 4 days. However during Christmas time it may take up to 7 business days. Outside of Canada, please email us for more information as well as expected delivery times. We ship worldwide!
HOW SECURE IS SHOPPING IN THE ONLINE SHOP?
We do not collect your data, however, your personal information is confirmed by your credit card to ensure that you are the one actually purchasing our items.
WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS AFTER ORDERING?
Well, we receive an email notification of your order and we make it fresh and aim to have your order shipped within 24-48hrs.
